She is stripped Naked and caned at the school assembly

For each weekly school assembly, one girl was voted on by the teachers, as "We need to make an example of her."
Results were no longer announced before the assembly, as there was a recent case of one girl ditching school and running away when she heard that she was the 'winner'.
At the assembly, the 'winner's' name is announced.
It usually took a group of her peers to 'urge' her to go up and get on the stage.
She is 'invited' to strip, and is given help if she is reluctant.
Her wrists are secured to the higher bar; her legs are spread, and ankles secured to the lower bar.
Cameras are focused to give very good views of the action, on the large screens mounted on the front wall of the auditorium.
The principal stands ready with her long whippy cane, and delivers the number of strokes determined by the committee, never less than twenty or more than sixty.
It had been quite a few months since a girl only received twenty.
Strokes are delivered. 
The girl shrieks and yelps, and begs, and sobs.
Once the punishment is administered, the girl is left to stay in place, while teachers and administrators give speeches on various subjects.
After assembly is over, and the students have left, the girl is released from the bonds.
She dresses, under the watchful eyes of the Administrators.
She knows that many of her fellow students have shot video of the event on their phones.
She knows that her parents have been notified, and is quite worried about getting more of this at home.
